Hi,
In my case it was an error in the migrated query bex.
I had a key figure restricted by an input variable.
In the "old" system the variable was input ready but in the BW4Hana system the variable wasn't defined as "Input ready".
Executing the query in RSRT, I was getting an error.
After fixing the query bex, the BO error "Failed to retrieve the cube for connection BICS" disappear.
